I have combined calendula and spearmint for a delicious and anti-inflammatory, cooling tea. Calendula is helpful with inflammation all around and useful for chronic inflammatory conditions. Instructions: Steep 1-2 tablespoons of herbal blend in 1 cup of hot water. Cover (if you want it more aromatic from the mint!) and steep for 10 minutes. Strain and enjoy 1-3 cups per day.
